Shelley was born in Arklow, Co. Wicklow in 1987. Shelley Graduated with a B.A Honours Degree in Fashion Design from the Limerick School of Art and Design, L.I.T in 2010. 
Finaist in the D.I.T Fashion Design Awards 2009.
Shelley interned with Josh Goot, Sydney in 2009
Work Experience with Ciaran Sweeney, Dublin 2004.
